Booking dates, times and activities are not firm until confirmed by Mt Michael Wine Tours (“MMWT”) in writing, to you (hereafter “the Customer), by return email setting out the details of the services (hereafter “the Event”).

MMWT reserves the right to offer alternative times, dates and activities up to and including the day of service.

The cost of your Event(s) is as detailed on the website at mtmichaellodge.co.nz

Purchases of food (lunches & platters) and wine (excluding tasting fees) are payable direct to your host or service provider. MMWT accepts no liability whatsoever for any costs incurred at any facility or service provider and Customer remains personally liable for any such costs incurred.

Payment for your MMWT will be billed to the Customers credit card (or cash in New Zealand dollars) on check-in at Mt Michael Lodge.

Cancellations of bookings seven (7) days or more prior the Customers Event may be cancelled without penalty by either party, bookings cancelled at less than 7 days’ notice shall incur a 20% cancellation fee payable by the Customer at check-in at Mt Michael Lodge.

MMWT’s liability is limited the maximum of any fee charged for performing its services in relation to the Event, and accepts no further liability for delays, inability or failures to provide the services related to any Event whatsoever MMWT is intending to perform.

This contract, in conjunction with Mt Michael Lodges Terms & Conditions available on website at [insert URL] form the terms and conditions and is subject to New Zealand Law and the courts of New Zealand have exclusive jurisdiction, and shall not be liable (in contract, tort or otherwise) and the Customer and/or a third-party claimant that has contributed to the loss or damages. Where the terms of MMWT conflicts with Mt Michael Lodges Terms & Conditions, then the terms of MMWT shall take precedence.
