Lodge Policy
As this is a private retreat, please be considerate of your noise level at night and in the early morning so as not to disturb other guests enjoying their holiday.
All accounts are to be settled in full before departure. We accept Visa, MasterCard or EFTPOS and cash in New Zealand dollars.
You are permitted to fish in the main lake – New Zealand Fish & Game license is required – and can be purchased on line for $20 per day or higher cost for a longer duration.
Mt Michael Lodge is for the sole enjoyment of guests.
Pets are not permitted
We have a policy of no smoking on the vineyard and in the Mt Michael Lodge.
Safety
In case of an emergency we recommend contacting the Fire/ Police / Ambulance at 111 for the speediest response. The nearest hospital is in the neighbouring town of Clyde. (Approximately 15 minutes from Cromwell). For less urgent matters contact one of Cromwell’s Medical Centres or Pharmacy / Chemist.(33 The Mall Cromwell)

In case of an emergency please leave your room and assemble in the car park area until the clear is given. All rooms are fitted with smoke alarms.
